In the context of the workshop expansion, Deprest has invested in a new heavy-duty profile bending machine, of the Sahinler HPK 100 type. This new bending machine allows us to significantly expand our capabilities.
This machine will be used for our own production, but also for subcontracting projects.
The new bending machine's capabilities include:
- Pipes up to 3” (diam. 88.9)
- L profiles up to 100/100/12
- Flat bars up to 30 mm thick
- Heavy T profiles, U profiles, I profiles, etc.
The attached photo shows a 100/40 profile that is centred on one side of 100mm.
Deprest also has two small profile benders, a plate rolling machine and a press, which can also be used to center steel rods on occasion.
