• Laser & plasma cutting: maximum dimensions, thicknesses and tolerances for a wide range of materials.

• Bending & rolling: capacities of our plate and profile rolling machines, including maximum thicknesses and diameters.

• Welding capabilities: extensive range including SAW, TIG, MIG/MAG, PAW, SMAW, as well as specialised techniques such as Tiptig and laser welding.

• Materials: stainless steel grades, structural steels, aluminium and various non-ferrous metals.

• Finishing & surface treatment: polishing, pickling, blasting, surface treatments and Sublimotion.

• Workshop capacities: 5300 m² equipped with overhead cranes (up to 64 tons), test zones, scissor lifts and an advanced sheet metal warehouse.

• Quality inspections: internal and external NDT examinations such as VT, PT, RX, MT, UT, TOFD, Phased Array and helium testing.

• Additional inspections: hydrotesting up to 250 bar, eddy current testing, tape test and surface roughness measurements.
