Plasma table 12x4 m
The plasma table, which has been operational since March 2013, has the following characteristics:
- Cutting surface: 12x4 m for sheet, cutting thickness up to 120 mm of which 50 mm without infeed
- source Kjellberg 440A type hiFocus 440 i
- cutting of tubes up till diam 700 mm
- cutting of dished head up to diameters of 4000 mm
- equipped with endless rotating 3D head
- oblique cutting edges / welding preparation up to 50°
- gantry is driven by a precision linear guide system
