Werkhuizen Deprest is building a new factory on the site “De Zaat” in Temse. Our future address will be Frank Van Dyckelaan 24, 9140 Temse. You can follow construction works in our news section.
We will move during spring 2013. The building is fully equipped and has a hall for stainless steel construction, a hall for steel construction, a hall for pickling and passivating, a hall for tests and a separate room for pharmaceutical constructions, separate zones for inspections as well.
The building will have several overhead cranes, all together they will have a total lifting capacity of 100 tons. The concrete floor is strong enough for high loads and is even reinforced on several spots. Gates are 6 by 6 meter so we can build tanks with a 6 meter diameter.
With the river “Schelde” almost next door, we can transport finished products by boat. Moreover we have foreseen connections for big investments such as a plasma table and a new welding robot.
