Final assembly of a stainless steel pressure vessel

All components are designed and calculated according to international standards.

  • Safety, durability, and precision are at the core of every vessel we build.

Here, our team is installing a davited manhole cover – a hinged access point for safe inspection, cleaning, and maintenance.

These standards (such as the ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code and the European PED) go far beyond wall thickness or material grades. They also define:

Minimum and maximum diameters for manholes to ensure safe entry and exit

Maximum allowable weights for removable covers, so no worker has to lift more than regulations allow

Clearances, reinforcement around openings, and nozzle spacing for structural integrity

Load calculations for hinges, davit arms, and lifting points

Testing procedures to verify strength and leak-tightness

At Deprest, we ensure every vessel meets these requirements – combining compliance, safety, and craftsmanship in every build.
