After some months of slightly decreasing stainless steel prices, prices are going up again. For sheets not yet spectacular, but for tubes and other components, the increases seem to be substantial. Price increases are due to higher nickel prices and a higher dollar rate compared to the euro.

Prices are expected to go up smoothly during the next few months. Nothing to panic, but a slight increase every month might result in a substantial increase over about half a year. If you have any stainless steel projects, don't hesitate to call us. Peter Depraetere
