At Deprest, we use Plasma Arc Welding, also known as PAW. This process combines a highly concentrated energy input with exceptional control. The result is narrow, perfectly aligned welds with minimal heat distortion and a high quality finish, ideal for thin or polished stainless steel structures.
In the photo, you can see our two PAW installations in operation. In the foreground is our clamping bench for longitudinal welds, designed for maximum precision and straightness. In the background is our second PAW setup, used for circumferential welds, vertical assemblies and special longitudinal seams.
