A pressure vessel consists of much more than a single construction. Dished ends, rolled shell sections, nozzles, supports and many other components are manufactured and prepared separately.
At a certain stage in the production process, however, all these parts must come together with perfect precision. Shell sections need to be accurately aligned, dished ends correctly positioned and every connection carefully prepared for welding.
It is at this stage that preparation, lifting capacity, measurement accuracy and craftsmanship come together.
At Deprest, large pressure vessels gradually take shape in our workshop. Component by component, a collection of individual parts evolves into one reliable industrial solution, ready for many years of safe operation.
