Chocolate pumps

The chocolate pumps that we sell are specially made for pumping chocolate. Slightly adapted versions are also suitable for fat, asphalt or other viscous products. Naturally we not only sell pumps but spare parts as well, and we provide services and advice if needed.

Broadly speaking, you can order 3 types of pump:

the bare shaft chocolate pump. This is the pump itself, without engine or fittings
a pump group or aggregate. This includes a pump, an engine and engine bracket, the transmission, the railing and the whole aligned on a base plate. The item numbers are the same as those of the ordinary pumps, but have the suffix GKGM
Components such as bearing rings, axles and cog-wheels, gaskets, etc...

As for the pumps or pump groups themselves, we distinguish mainly 3 types:

the single-walled pump or pump group – type T – click here for overview
the double-walled pump or pump group – type TM – click here for overview
pump or pump group (single- or double-walled) with outer bearing bushes – type TA or TMA
special pumps or pump groups on request

Pumps with helical gears are standard; pumps with straight gears can also be ordered on request.

Naturally we provide service, maintenance and technical advice if needed.

The code of a chocolate pump is formulated as follows:

TM10-120P GKGM

TM: double-walled pump (and therefore heated)
10: gives an indication of size of the pump
120: indication of length of the cog-wheel
GKGM: it concerns a pump group or aggregate
